Hey, I’m Kamy. I have been a body worker for the past 19 years with an impressive body awareness. I’m assisting all types of individuals with their stress, health and everyday life through a variety of techniques where they learn to get back in touch with their bodies, emotions, and authentic power.

Results: healthy, happy, stress-free individuals living their life with authenticity and confidence.

My toolbox is large which includes, but is not limited to: massage, breathwork, body movement/awareness, kundalini yoga, transformational life coaching as well as trauma informed coaching.

My Personal Journey with Kundalini Yoga

When I first came across Kundalini Yoga, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. You hear all these scary things about it, and honestly, most of it doesn’t make sense until you actually feel it yourself. What I discovered was that energy moves through you during the practice unlike anything I had experienced before in yoga. It’s all about channeling and redirecting energy, and that’s the magic of it.

One of the key elements of Kundalini Yoga is something called a kriya. Think of it like a “recipe” of specific yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditations, all designed to create a specific outcome. Some kriyas are for physical things, like improving digestion or boosting your immune system, and others work on a more subtle level, like opening your heart or sharpening your intuition.

Kundalini yoga is an experieincial yoga that needs to be experienced. As each indivual is unique so is the experience. Come on in and join us, give it a try and see what happens . . .
